Each Choux is lovingly hand-made to be light, pleasant, and not overly sweet. We use premium ingredients and strictly say no to artificial essence. Smell and taste the real delicacy and get dazzled by its unique creation which will make you want to go back for seconds. 
Our signature airy and crispy Choux pastries are filled with unique flavors like chocolate hazelnut praline, strawberry fresh cream, durian, classic vanilla custard, and Vietnamese custard with salted cream.

Are the Choux Lactose-Free?

Unfortunately, some of our flavors contain cream and milk. However, we can make lactose-free choux based on requests, and only for vanilla custard, chocolate, and coffee flavors.

Are they vegetarian friendly?

YES, They are absolutely vegetarian friendly.

Does it contain nuts, alcohol, and gelatin?

Depending on the flavors and products you purchase, some may contain nuts, alcohol, and gelatin. Please raise your concern and ask the staff for assistance when purchasing.
